Exile Brewing Company is a craft brewery built on a family legacy of seeking fresh opportunities in a distant land. While their commitment to craftsmanship and a devoted local following have facilitated the expansion of Exile into previously uncharted markets, their product packaging faced challenges in standing out amid more established regional and national brands. Unprecedented national shortages in packaging materials, coupled with a shift in retail preferences from glass bottles to cans, underscored the need for a visual system that could adapt seamlessly to a wide array of formats and printing constraints. Recognizing these challenges, Exile undertook a mission for a comprehensive packaging redesign, the development of branding strategies for new products, and the optimization of existing ones to enhance their presence on store shelves.
